The 12′ x 28′ x 12″ Justrite Rigid-Lock QuickBerm (model 28525) provides innovative, cost-effective spill control for drums, IBCs, vehicles, tankers, and more. Its single-piece construction deploys quickly to provide an unobstructed workspace and easy setup with no assembly required plus, it complies with EPA standards for containment and spill prevention (SPCC) to help avoid hefty fines.

This 2510 gal (9501 L) capacity model measures 12 in H x 12 ft W x 28 ft L (30.5 cm H x 3.66 m W x 8.53 m L) in its interior and 12 in H x 12.6 ft W x 28.6 ft L (30.5 cm H x 3.84 m W x 8.71 m L) for the exterior. With wall supports that can withstand vehicle weights of up to 11,000 lb (5,000 kg) per tire in the down position, it offers immediate, secure deployment and no-worry spill-readiness.

The ergonomic design provides easy accessibility within the berm, allowing for unobstructed side-to-side floor space. In addition, the interior wall-support design protects personnel against trips and falls when walking along the outside perimeter of the berm. Patented, built-in stainless steel wall supports lock the sidewalls in a 12 in (30.5 cm) high, 90 degree vertical position, and sidewalls lower quickly for easy drive-in and out. The portable design folds down quickly to a small 36 in W x 30 in L x 18 in H (91.4 cm W x 76.2 cm L x 45.7 cm H) size for easy storage and transport. Wall supports also include integrated holes for anchoring the berm under high wind conditions up to 40 mph (anchoring stakes not included).

Each Rigid-Lock QuickBerm is constructed with EnGuard V modified PVC coated fabric, complete with a UV- and chemical-resistant, fray-resistant top hem that adds extra strength and durability. Optional accessories are available, including track runners to protect against tire abrasion and ground mats to protect against rocks or debris underneath the berm.
